P3, in partnership with Accenta, implemented a geothermal energy system at a 19,000 m² logistics center in Rouen, France. Using Borehole Thermal Energy Storage (BTES), the system reduced carbon emissions by 90%, providing 77% of the building's heating needs and positioning the site as a leader in sustainable energy solutions.

P3 Katowice City Park: A 23,000 m² Eco-Friendly Warehouse Setting New Standards in Sustainability and Local Growth

P3 Logistic Parks developed a 23,000 m² sustainable warehouse in Katowice, Poland, achieving BREEAM “Outstanding” certification. The facility features energy-efficient solutions, photovoltaic infrastructure, eco-friendly transport options, and site revitalization, including planting 300 trees. This project reduced environmental impact, met tenant needs, and boosted the local economy, setting a benchmark for sustainable warehousing.

P3 Altedo Hub: A 38,000 m² Sustainable Logistics Development Boosting Community Integration and Local Economy

P3 Logistic Parks developed the 38,000 m² P3 Altedo hub near Bologna, Italy, prioritizing sustainability and community integration. Equipped with solar panels, energy-efficient systems, and urban regeneration efforts like cycle paths and reforestation, the hub earned BREEAM “Excellent” certification. It created 150 jobs, boosting the local economy and setting a logistics benchmark

P3 Echt Logistics Hub: Overcoming Grid Congestion to Deliver 12 MWp of Solar Power and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ Certification

P3 and Sunrock tackled grid congestion at the P3 Echt logistics hub in the Netherlands by installing 24,240 solar panels and creating an 11 km underground cable connection to the nearest substation. The project generates 12 MWp annually, powers 3,600 homes, and earned an "Outstanding" BREEAM sustainability rating.
