It all began back in 2001.

We opened our first office in Prague, and initially mainly bought development sites. Fast-forward a few years and we’re one of the largest owners, developers and managers of European logistics properties. Since then, the name has changed and the company has grown, but our commitment to customer satisfaction remains as firm as ever.

2024

WOLF ACQUISITION

P3 expands its German footprint via the acquisition of a portfolio comprising twelve logistics assets in Germany’s southern region, situated along the south-west axis of the “Blue Banana” – a corridor known for its strong urbanisation and economic significance across Western and Central Europe.

2023

NEW OFFICE OPENS IN AMSTERDAM

P3 opens an office in the World Trade Center Amsterdam (WTC), a state-of-the-art office building located in the heart of Amsterdam at the Zuidas.

UK MARKET ENTRANCE

P3 expands into the United Kingdom through the acquisition of two logistics assets totalling 81,000 sqm of space in well-established locations within the “Golden Triangle” area.

2022

BOND MARKET DEBUT

P3 Group S.àr.l makes bond market debut with successful EUR 1 billion Green Bonds issuance, traded on the Euro MTF Market and listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Bonds are issued in line with the company’s new “Green Financing Framework”, supporting P3’s overall ESG strategy.

NEW CFO THILO KUSCH

Thilo Kusch is appointed Chief Financial Officer of P3 with the goal of helping the company expand within capital markets, as well as further strengthen its operations and reporting. Mr. Kusch is a board and C-level leader with 30 years of commercial capital market experience.

P3 CELEBRATES 20 YEARS

In 2021, P3 celebrates its 20th anniversary in Europe. From humble beginnings, P3 has grown to become one of the top 5 European logistics real estate developers and investors with more than 6.5 million sqm of property under management in 11 countries.

NEW CEO FRANK PÖRSCHKE

Frank Pörschke joins P3 as CEO, committing to steer P3 to become the leading, long-term logistics real estate investor and developer in Europe. Mr Pörschke's previous roles include President, EMEA Markets, at JLL; CEO of Eurohypo, and CEO of Commerz Real

2020

MATRIX ACQUISITION

2020 marked P3´s great emphasis on strenghtening business in key European market – Germany. 650 000 m2 were added to P3´s management via acquisition of the Matrix portfolio of 33 retail logistics assets in urban locations in major German cities and towns, including Berlin, Dortmund, Nuremberg, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Dresden and Leipzig.

2019

MAXIMUS ACQUISITION

In 2019 P3 managed to build up its foothold in Western Europe by acquiring a 1 million m2 portfolio of 28 prime assets located in core logistics hubs in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. The Maximus portfolio has well-diversified tenant base including companies in the automotive, e-mobility, distribution, e-commerce and last-mile logistics sectors, among others.

REACHING 185 WAREHOUSES

The pan-European portfolio of P3 comprises 185 warehouse properties on a total area of 3.9 million m2 across nine countries, plus plots of more than 1.8 million m2 for further construction.

P3 IS ACQUIRED BY GIC

P3 is acquired by GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund

P3 ACQUIRES TWO LOGISTICS PARKS

P3 acquires two logistics parks in Poland and one in Romania

2014

POINTPARK PROPERTIES ALMOST DOUBLES IN SIZE

PointPark Properties almost doubles in size with significant acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Italy.

The company adopts P3 as its corporate brand, updates its logo and starts using the trade name P3 Logistic Parks to better reflect its core business

TPG AND IVANHOÉ CAMBRIDGE BUY POINTPARK PROPERTIES

TPG, a leading global private investment firm, and its partner Ivanhoé Cambridge, one of the world’s largest real estate companies, together buy PointPark Properties.
