Bratislava| June 21, 2023 – P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistic real estate in Europe, has welcomed energy company ZSE Energia to P3 Senec park, where the business leases a warehouse with solar panels and charging points for electric cars.
ZSE Energia has leased more than 4,000 m2 of warehouse and office space, which complements ZSE’s focus on ‘green solutions’ for its customers and its own activities in the energy sector. The site also offers a strategic location for ZSE to distribute renewable energy solutions such as solar panels, which meet the growing demand in Slovakia for sustainable technology. ZSE has occupied the warehouse since April of this year.
Peter Mäsiar, Logistic Manager at ZSE Energia, says: "As an energy company, we have the potential to transition to emission-free solutions. This requires support and investment in renewable energy sources, transitioning to cleaner mobility, and also educating the public. This is why the areas of photovoltaics and electromobility are the number one topic for us, and we communicate their advantages to our customers. In the past year, interest in photovoltaic power plants in Slovak households and businesses has grown several times over, and we expect demand to increase in the following year."
Zuzana Harčariková, Leasing Manager at P3 Slovakia, says: "With the arrival of ZSE, we have added a major player in the energy sector to our client portfolio, which brings green solutions to its business. In this respect, we’re on the same page in our awareness of our roles and the need to offer solutions which reduce greenhouse emissions and shrink carbon footprints."
Mäsiar adds: "We chose the site for our new warehouse based on its excellent location in western Slovakia, where we carry out most of our installations. We also considered the possible savings and efficiency of ordering and storing a larger volume of materials. The new premises also allow us to fully develop our know-how in the field of designing and connecting photovoltaic components into a single unit, which is precisely what the rich spatial possibilities of the warehouse in P3 Senec offers."
Tomáš Ostatník, Real Estate Executive at property consultancy, Holland and Company, adds: "P3 Senec has an excellent strategic location and is an ideal distribution hub for both domestic and international clients. The property also plays a big role in fulfilling the company's strategy of making the storage of goods and their subsequent transportation more efficient, which will ultimately be reflected in the green goals of companies and the need to reduce the impact of business upon the environment."
