International transportation player invests in success at modern P3 industrial estate

Warsaw, 11th July 2024 - TPL Logistic has expanded its presence at P3 Błonie park near Warsaw, by leasing nearly 3,700 m2 of warehouse and office space from the developer and owner of European high-quality industrial real estate. This addition increases their total occupied space in the park to 5,000 m2 across two warehouses.

P3 Błonie is strategically located 27 km west of Warsaw, at the intersection of national road No. 92 and the A2 motorway, which is part of the European transit route E30. The prime location where the P3 park is based attracts ambitious, long-term tenants with nationwide operations. It comprises 15 buildings, and includes a data centre and cold storage facilities, as well as typical warehouse space. Continuously modernizing facilities and adapting them to the bespoke needs of tenants is a feature of P3’s customer service ethos, and numerous companies from various industries enjoy excellent opportunities for growth at the location.
Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says: "P3 Błonie has been a cornerstone of our Polish portfolio for nearly 10 years. Initially covering 196,000 m2, it now spans over 315,000 m2. The park's consistent popularity with companies requiring modern warehouse space confirms our commitment to excellent customer service, both during the leasing process and in day-to-day management."

TPL Logistic is a Polish logistics business providing transport services across Europe, specializing in international transportation, domestic and international freight forwarding, as well as warehousing and co-packing.

Łukasz Szymański of TPL Logistic says: "Due to increased demand for our services, we required significantly more space to maintain our high-level service for clients.
