P3, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics real estate in Europe, is supporting the sports club Wilhelmshavener HV with a donation of €5,000.
Wilhelmshavener HV, established in 1995 through the merger of two local clubs, has become a well-known name in the German handball scene. With a strong focus on youth development and an active fan base, the club plays its home games at the Nordfrost Arena in Wilhelmshaven and is a key contributor to the handball community in northern Germany.
Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director of P3 Germany, says:
"Sports clubs like Wilhelmshavener HV make a valuable contribution to the community and promote social cohesion. We are pleased to support the club’s success and help advance handball in the region."
Dieter Koopmann, Founder and President of WHV, adds:
"We are very pleased that P3, a company with a presence in Wilhelmshaven, is supporting Wilhelmshavener HV. This partnership sends a strong message about the importance of sports in our region."
P3 owns a logistics property at the JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven with approximately 31,700 m² of usable space. The facility includes 32 dock levellers and 11 ground-level gates—seven of which are oversized—and features a special gate measuring 7 meters wide and 4.5 meters high, allowing for the storage of exceptionally large goods. Two additional halls, totaling approximately 108,000 m², are currently being developed in phases. These spaces are available for lease and offer companies the opportunity to establish a presence at the strategically important JadeWeserPort.
The overall project meets a wide range of requirements, including ground-level access, hazardous materials storage, and handling of bulky goods. As a European deep-water port and central logistics hub, the JadeWeserPort provides optimal connections to transportation and logistics networks, including the A29 motorway and freight rail.
