P3 signs a lease with Deroma on its Saulce-sur-Rhône logistics platform

Paris, 21 January 2025: P3, a long-term warehouse manager and developer, announces the signing of a commercial lease with effect from 1 January 2025 with the Italian company Deroma, a world leader in terracotta containers and a major player in the French market.

The lease covers a 5,435 sq. metre cell within the warehouse at Saulce-sur-Rhône (Drôme), strategically located alongside the A7 motorway. It will enable Deroma to strengthen its presence in the region, close to its Montélimar site.

The property was vacated by its previous tenant at the end of 2024, as anticipated when it was acquired by P3 as part of the Camelia portfolio. Approximately 20,000 m² of Class A space remains to be let, divisible into two lots.

P3 is also offering opportunities at its Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (8,650 m²) and Saint-Rambert-d'Albon (22,130 m²) sites.
