P3's Contribution to Lebenshilfe Bayern Mitte e.V.

Frankfurt am Main | 17th December 2024 – P3, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics properties in Europe, underscores its commitment to the region with a donation of 3,000 euros to Lebenshilfe Bayern Mitte e.V. For decades, the association has been committed to the inclusion and social participation of people with disabilities.

Lebenshilfe Bayern Mitte e.V. (formerly: Lebenshilfe der Region 10 e.V.) offers a comprehensive range of support services that accompany people with disabilities on their way to a self-determined life. The spectrum ranges from residential offers and workshops to day care centers and leisure activities to individual counseling services.

"Promoting social engagement in the regions of our locations is an important part of our corporate philosophy," explains Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director of P3 Germany. "With the donation to Lebenshilfe Bayern Mitte e.V., we want to contribute to strengthening the social infrastructure. We are pleased to be able to support important social initiatives."

Wendelin Göbel, Chairman of Lebenshilfe Bayern Mitte e.V., says: "The donation from P3 is a valuable contribution to our work. It helps us to expand our services for people with disabilities and to offer them a more self-determined life. Specifically, we will use the donations to co-finance holiday trips."

As part of its expansion strategy in Germany, P3 recently acquired a portfolio of twelve logistics properties, including an asset in Ingolstadt with around 12,000 square meters of rental space. The sustainably designed property is fully leased and equipped with a photovoltaic system and electric charging stations.
