P3 Logistic Parks, a leading European owner, manager, and developer of industrial real estate, is expanding its presence in the central Považie region of Slovakia by acquiring an existing park and adjacent land near Nové Mesto nad Váhom.
“This acquisition provides a unique opportunity to strengthen P3’s presence in key locations in Slovakia,” says Peter Jánoši, Managing Director, P3 Czech Republic and Slovakia. As part of the acquisition, the company has added to its portfolio a building spanning 26,573 sqm, with several renowned long-term tenants.
The transaction also included a neighbouring plot ready for further development. "The excellent location of the logistics park near Nové Mesto nad Váhom, combined with its potential for growth, aligns with our development strategy and creates new opportunities to solidify our position in the Slovak market,” he adds.
The transaction was mediated by iO Partners. “We are proud to have facilitated this transaction, which reflects the continued appeal of well-located logistics assets in Slovakia and the resilience of the industrial real estate market. The successful outcome highlights the strength of our team and our ability to match quality assets with the right buyers,” says Robert Cesnek, Senior Investment Analyst at iO Partners.
The P3 Nové Mesto nad Váhom logistics park is located in close proximity to the D1 highway, the key transport artery connecting the industrial region of Považie with both the capital city of Slovakia and the eastern part of the country. Nové Mesto nad Váhom is three kilometers away, and Bratislava can be reached within an hour. The park's strategic location also offers excellent connectivity to the nearby Czech Republic.
The acquisition includes an existing modern logistics and production hall. P3 Logistic Parks has also acquired the adjacent land, for which all necessary construction permits have been issued and remain valid. An additional hall with an area of 26,275 sqm is planned for future development.
Key tenants of the acquired park include Agel, Euro Pool, Hella, Pilous Packaging and ZF.
P3 Logistic Parks is one of the major owners and developers of industrial real estate, with over two decades of experience in building and investing across Europe. Headquartered in Prague, the company is the second-largest player in the Slovak market. In addition to the newly acquired park in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, its portfolio includes P3 Bratislava D2, P3 Bratislava Airport, P3 Senec, P3 Cargo, P3 Žilina, and P3 Košice.
