Paris, 21st of march 2024: P3, a developer, investor, and asset manager of high-quality logistics properties in Europe, has appointed Julia Chastelain as Head of Development. Reporting directly to Adrien Beuriot, Managing Director of P3 France, Julia’s main mission is to develop P3 France's portfolio by targeting strategic sites for new logistics platforms, and acquisitions of existing assets.
A graduate of ESADE Business School and HEC Paris, Julia joins P3 after spending four years at Amazon as Principal, Real Estate, where she was responsible for the expansion of logistics operations in France and Spain. Previously, she served as Senior Transaction Manager at Standard Life Investments for over four years, and began her career at Colony Capital.
