P3 expands its presence in Poznań through the acquisition of a third logistics park

Warsaw, 29th August 2023 - P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and owner of logistics properties in Europe, has acquired a 30-ha plot of land in Dachowa near Poznań, a highly attractive logistics location in Poland. The site will become the new P3 Poznań III park, which will enrich the developer’s current portfolio in the Wielkopolska region.

The newly acquired site is strategically located in the south of Poznań, near the S11 two-lane road connected to the A2 motorway between the Krzesiny and Poznan East junctions. The motorway provides seamless connectivity to Warsaw (to the east) and Berlin (to the west), as well as guarantees a convenient access to other major transportation networks, logistics hubs and key markets. The location of the new P3 plot is especially attractive to logistics service providers and the e-commerce industry.

Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: “As it is a very attractive region to our customers, we were delighted to purchase another plot of land near Poznań, quite close to our two already operating parks. Being a strategic investment, this acquisition will allow for the extension of our portfolio in the area and offer our customers even more suitable logistics solutions. Our next acquisition this year is also a clear demonstration that our market position is strong and it is the next step in our commitment to further developments and investments in Poland.”

So far, P3's portfolio in Poznań has included twelve logistics and production halls in two parks with a total leasable area of 414,145 m². The acquired land will enable the construction of four new cutting-edge warehouses and production spaces with a leasable area of 284,401 m². The new facilities will meet the highest quality standards, allowing customers to optimise logistics processes and effectively manage their supply chains. The facilities aim to meet the BREEAM certification requirements at the Excellent level. PIR core panels will be used to provide better thermal insulation and the roof will have a reinforced structure, enabling the installation of photovoltaic panels in the future. The warehouses will be equipped with energy-saving LED lighting with DALI automatic control systems.
