Frankfurt am Main, Germany – July 9, 2025 – P3, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics properties in Europe, is supporting the “Zwergenstübchen” daycare center in Pfalzfeld with a donation of €5,000. The donation is intended for the purchase of new playground equipment for the daycare's outdoor area.
The official donation handover took place on July 8, 2025. Felix von Eichel-Streiber, project manager for the P3 property in Pfalzfeld, presented the symbolic check to Mayor Rainer Steeg and daycare director Ms. Bast.
Rainer Steeg, Mayor of Pfalzfeld, said:“This generous donation from P3 is a great example of corporate engagement in our community. The new play equipment will certainly bring a lot of joy to the children at Zwergenstübchen. We are grateful that P3 is also investing in the future of our children.”
Felix von Eichel-Streiber, Project Manager at P3, said: “As a long-term partner of the municipality of Pfalzfeld, supporting local institutions is especially important to us. The ‘Zwergenstübchen’ daycare center does an outstanding job with its holistic support approach. With our donation, we aim to help provide the children with an attractive and safe playground that encourages movement, creativity, and social interaction.”
The “Zwergenstübchen” daycare currently cares for around 80 children from Pfalzfeld and the surrounding villages. Since its founding in 1976, the facility has been a vital part of the community and was expanded in 2017 to include a nature-based forest group. The daycare places particular emphasis on individual support and the holistic development of children.
