Two events in partnership with ALIS:
Milan, 11 March 2024 - P3, a leading developer, owner, and manager of high-quality logistics properties in Europe, will be at LET EXPO fair, organised by ALIS Service in collaboration with Veronafiere. The event will look to the future, with the great responsibility of promoting a culture that will accompany Italy in the transitional journey towards a more sustainable mobility and economy.
At LET EXPO 2024, the main players will be present from the fields of transport, logistics, intermodality, and services for transport and logistics,, alongside members of government and institutions, hosting road, sea and rail transport companies, terminal operators, forwarding agents, stakeholders and companies providing services to companies, manufacturers insurance companies, Italian and European ports, national and international freight villages, associations, operators in agri-food and other logistics supply chains, players in new energy and fuels sector, as well as many research centres and training organisations, including high schools, ITS and universities.
The fair takes place at a time of strong corporate growth for P3, with approximately 725,000 m² under management, 105,000 m² of projects started in 2023, occupancy close to 100 per cent, and 300,000 m² of future developments in the pipeline.
As a responsible developer and operator, P3 pays close attention to economic, environmental and social sustainability issues when developing modern logistics real estate. The facilities it builds target high sustainability standards through the BREEAM certification system, in order to improve the performance of assets at every stage of the property cycle, from design and construction, to utilisation and renovation.
At LET EXPO, the fruitful partnership between ALIS and P3 will continue, with the aim of strengthening synergies between different modes of transport and promoting environmental sustainability throughout the logistics chain.
