P3 Appoints Chris Zeuner as Chief Investment Officer

Luxembourg, Luxembourg – 10.4.2025 – P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, manager and developer of logistics properties in Europe, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Zeuner as its new Chief Investment Officer (CIO), effective from 1st September 2025.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets, most recently serving as co-CEO, and prior to that as CIO, at 7R where he led large-scale investment strategies across key European markets. His deep understanding of logistics real estate, capital deployment and long-term asset management is well aligned with P3’s strategy of disciplined growth, sustainable development, and customer-focused operations.

The appointment is part of a carefully planned leadership transition. Chris will succeed P3’s current CIO, Otis Spencer, who has announced his intention to retire at the end of 2025. Otis has served as P3’s CIO since 2018 and will continue to support the business during the handover period.

Frank Pörschke, CEO of P3, said:

“Chris brings the right blend of investment expertise, sector knowledge and leadership to guide our capital strategy in today’s evolving market environment. His appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to prudent, long-term investment and disciplined capital deployment and recycling. Together with our experienced country development and investment teams he will be instrumental for further strengthening P3’s activities.”

Chris Zeuner, incoming CIO of P3, commented:

“I’m excited to join P3, a business I’ve held in high regard for its long-term perspective, disciplined capital strategy and best-in-class operating platform. I look forward to working with the team to build on the success Otis has helped to shape and to support P3’s continued growth across Europe.”

Pörschke added:

“I would like to thank Otis Spencer for his successful contribution to the development and growth of P3 in recent years and wish him all the best for the future.”
