Milan, 10 March 2025 - P3, ( www.p3parks.com ) a company specialising in long-term investment, development, acquisition and management of real estate for logistics use, will once again take part this year in the LetExpo exhibition, organised by ALIS Service in collaboration with Veronafiere.
After the great success of the first three editions, for the fourth consecutive year, transport, logistics, business services and sustainability will be the absolute protagonists of a trade fair event, a reference point for the main Italian and international players, to spread ecological awareness in the logistics, business, services, professions and education sectors. A system exhibition that will be attended not only by members of government and institutions, but also by the main road, maritime and rail transport companies, terminal operators, forwarding agents, stakeholders and companies providing services to businesses, manufacturers, insurance companies, Italian and European ports, national and international freight villages, associations, operators in the agri-food and various logistics chains, players in the new energy and new fuels sector, as well as numerous research centres and training organisations, including high schools, ITS and universities.
Last year P3 continued its exponential growth in Italy with 813,000 m² under management, 200,000 m² of projects started in 2024, occupancy at 99% and 600,000 m² ready for future developments. The constant dialogue with the Public Administration allows the Group to identify synergies with the territories in which it is established and to pursue sustainable growth from an economic, environmental and social point of view. This is an important strategic step within a path that continues fruitfully in partnership with ALIS - the Sustainable Intermodal Logistics Association, a very important association that connects all the different souls of the sector and maintains an open and proactive dialogue with the Public Administration, with the aim of evaluating business synergies and commercial opportunities, in a constant confrontation towards the definition of a shared strategy of sustainable development.
