Three long-term customers give seal of approval to P3 by renewing leases in 2024

Bratislava| 11th March 2024 – P3, a leading developer and owner of high-quality industrial real estate in Europe, is expanding its base of long-term, satisfied customers in 2024. Recently, the company signed lease extensions with the Czech, family-owned specialized logistics firm, MP-Sped, and also with global logistics provider, DB Schenker. This month, Nagel Slovakia, a global supply chain logistics provider in the food logistics segment, also extended its lease. All three businesses have been tenants of P3 for more than 11 years.

Two five-year lease extensions were secured at P3 Senec logistics center; the first of which was signed by the logistics company MP-Sped, which leases 2,500 m2 at its distribution warehouse for fashion, fast-moving consumer goods, and promotional POS (Point of Sale) merchandise.

Ondřej Krkoška, Managing Director of MP-Sped, says: "We are satisfied, long-term partners of P3, with whom we operate in two P3 locations, with warehouses in P3 Senec and P3 Olomouc, in the Czech Republic. What we value in our business are primarily good locations, and the strategic positioning of our warehouses. We also appreciate the flexibility and responsive service of the developer, who can promptly address our needs. These were ultimately the reasons why we decided to extend our collaboration with P3, and extend the lease agreement in P3 Senec park for another five years."

Another tenant which appreciates a strategic geographic location and P3's ability to flexibly respond to market demands is Nagel Slovakia, a member of the Nagal Group. The business signed the second lease extension at P3 Senec park, covering 10,000 m2 of space, where the international logistics company manages a warehouse and transshipment point for food products distributed to Slovak retail chains, outlets, and manufacturers, and also internationally throughout Europe via the Nagal Group’s network. Approximately 3,000 pallets of goods are dispatched daily from P3 Senec park.

A third lease extension was secured with the international transporter, DB Schenker in P3 Žilina industrial center, from where it provides logistics services to the automotive sector. At P3 Žilina park, DB Schenker has leased 4,660 m2 of warehouse space for three more years.

The industrial center boasts excellent access to the E571 highway and is located close to the city center. Currently, approximately 5,600 m2 of ready-to-lease vacant space is available.

Elsewhere, P3 Žilina park is located at the intersection of the D1 highway (Bratislava – Žilina – Poprad – Košice,) and the planned international communication route D3, which will connect Slovakia with Poland. With three, modern A-category properties covering nearly 28,000 m², it offers tenants first-class logistics areas suitable for the automotive and engineering industries typical of the Žilina region. Approximately 6,200 m2 of space is available for immediate leasing.
