P3 Kamen
P3 Kamen is the largest logistics park in the German portfolio of P3 Logistic Parks with around 129,000 m² of modern warehouse space and one of the largest brownfield projects of P3 in all Europe. It is located in the eastern part of the Ruhr area in the district of Unna, with excellent motorway connections. It is situated next to the Kamen junction, at the crossing of two busy motorways: the A1 for north-south traffic (Hamburg-Cologne-Saarbrücken) and the A2 for east-west (Oberhausen-Hanover-Berlin). The airports of Dortmund and Düsseldorf are 13 and 40 km away, respectively.
The first phase of the project with its five units and 46,700 m² of new logistics warehouse space was completed in 2018. The second phase with nine units and 84,049 m² was completed in 2021.
