P3 Žilina

P3 Žilina befindet sich am Kreuzungspunkt der Autobahn D1 (Bratislava – Žilina – Poprad – Košice) und der geplanten internationalen Straße D3, die die Slowakei mit Polen verbindet. Der Park liegt 50 m von der Fernstraße E50 entfernt, welche Žilina und Martin verbindet. Der Park ist von Žilina und Martin aus mit dem Stadtbus erreichbar. Der Bau dieses Parks begann im Juni 2012 und umfasst derzeit 28.108 m² in drei Gebäuden. Der Park bietet Logistikflächen der Klasse A für die in der Region Žilina stark vertretene Automobil- und Maschinenbauindustrie.
