P3 Žilina

P3 park Žilina liegt im slowakischen Industriegebiet am neuen Autobahnkreuz der D1 mit der Trasse Bratislava – Žilina – Poprad – Košice und der sich in der Planung befindlichen D3, die die Slowakei mit Polen verbindet. Park befindet sich nur 50 m von der Fernstraße E50 entfernt, die Žilina und Martin verbindet. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bieten eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach und von Žilina und Martin. Der Bau des Parks begann im Juni 2012. Mittlerweile ist bereits ein Gebäude mit einer Fläche von 12 500m² fertiggestellt worden. Das Projekt soll zu einer erstklassigen Logistikfläche für die Auto- und Maschinenbau-Branche werden, für die die Region Žilina bekannt ist. Die wichtigsten Industrieproduktionsunternehmen in der Nähe des Parks sind Kia Motors, Hysco, Mobis, Hyundai, Dong-Hee, Franke, Volvo Trucks und andere.
