P3 expands footprint in the UK with the acquisition of two properties fully leased to Alloga

London, 1st September 2025P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, owner, developer, and manager of logistics properties in Europe, has further strengthened its UK portfolio with the acquisition of two prime logistics properties, fully leased to Alloga UK Limited, a leading provider of supply chain services to the healthcare sector.

The newly acquired properties are strategically located within Castlewood Business Park in South Normanton, Derbyshire – one of the region’s most prominent logistics hubs. Situated just six minutes from Junction 28 of the M1 Motorway, the estate offers excellent connectivity to key cities including Derby, Nottingham, and Sheffield, while also providing direct access to Birmingham and the East Midlands via the A38 dual carriageway.

Constructed in 2016, the high-specification warehouses extend to approximately 20,380 sqm (219,454 sq ft) and sit on a 9.8-acre site. Designed with sustainability in mind, the asset benefits from BREEAM Very Good certification and an EPC A rating, aligning with P3’s strong ESG commitments.

The property is fully let to Alloga UK Limited, which has a significant presence within Castlewood Business Park, occupying multiple units across the estate to support its nationwide healthcare logistics operations. The tenant covenant reflects the long-term strategic importance of the location to Alloga’s UK distribution network.

South Normanton’s connectivity is further reinforced by its proximity to East Midlands Airport, the UK’s busiest cargo airport and part of the East Midlands Freeport – the nation’s only inland freeport.
