Paris, 10 July 2024: P3, developer, investor and manager of logistics assets, announces the appointment of Kamar-Eddine Djama as Development Manager. Kamar-Eddine joins Julia Chastelain's team, recently appointed Head of Development, to strengthen P3's development and investment capabilities in France.
In his new role, Kamar-Eddine Djama will be responsible for actively participating in P3's growth in France. His responsibilities will include researching and analysing land and projects for development and evaluating investment opportunities. Thanks to his expertise and commitment, Kamar-Eddine will help to achieve P3's ambitious objectives by identifying and capitalising on strategic opportunities in the French property market.
A graduate of ESTP and ESSEC Business School, Kamar-Eddine Djama joins P3 after two years with Castignac as Development Manager. Previously, he was Real Estate Investment Apprentice at Constructa Asset Management before joining GLP as Investment and Asset Management Analyst.
